We specialize in those! Examples: Tightening a loose doorknob ($15 labor, total $60 min) or hanging a picture ($20, total $60). No job too small.
Our rate book gives standard prices for common tasks (e.g., toilet rebuild is typically $45 + trip). We send you an estimate, then a quote with the full breakdown before you agree. If we find conditions on site that differ from what you described, we'll discuss any adjustments with you first—no hidden add-ons without your approval.
We ask that you provide the parts for your job whenever possible. You'll buy exactly what you need, see the full breakdown before you approve, and avoid extra cost. If you're unable to get the parts yourself, we can pick them up for a $25 surcharge—please let us know in advance, as this adds time to our schedule.

My name is Gavin Dies, and I am a student at Eureka High School. Outside of school, I enjoy playing golf, working on cars, and renovating homes. After high school graduation, I plan to attend college to pursue a degree in Innovation & Entrepreneurship. My goal is to one day own and operate my own business.

Through the CEO Program, I have met new people, learned from experienced business owners, engaged with a wonderful Mentor, and challenged myself to think differently. Starting my Precision Home Services business aligns my experiences and skills with my goals of being an entrepreneur.
